Please note: As an exhibitor, most of the documentation and information you will need can be found on the LAGCOE 2019 Website and in the Official Mobile App for LAGCOE 2019 (Look under the ABOUT heading for more info.) Under the EXHIBIT tab, choose EXHIBITOR RESOURCES for a helpful list of information. Log into your EXHIBITOR CONSOLE from desktop or your mobile device to update your company profile, manage allotted passes, participate in the hosted buyer program, upload press releases or product photos and more. Your Exhibitor Service Manual can be found there, which includes all the info you need for your booth space arrangements. You will also find a helpful checklist and a free webinar with easy steps to guarantee great engagement at your booth.

We strongly recommend downloading the official Mobile App, which has all the info you will need right in your smartphone.

  • As an exhibitor, where can I find all information, such as access to my Exhibitor Portal?
    VIsit "Exhibitor Resources" under the "Ehxibit" tab at www.lagcoe.com/exhibitor-resources.
  • I forgot my password to the LAGCOE 2019 Exhibitor Portal. What should I do?
    Use the link provided on the log-in page to reset your password.
  • When and where will LAGCOE 2109 be held?
    LAGCOE 2019 is being held in New Orleans, LA at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center, October 9-11, 2019. All booth spaces are located indoors.
  • Why should I book my hotel within the official LAGCOE 2019 Housing Block?
    Booking within the housing block allows LAGCOE to negotiate the best deals for both exhibitors and attendees. Exhibitors who book within the block will receive extra incentives like additional priority points, additional registrations through Traffic Boost emails, as well as the opportunity to be entered in a drawing for free room nights and gift cards to New Orleans restaurants and attractions.
  • Are there any other events during LAGCOE 2019?
    Yes, there are many events. We are planning a keynote breakfast each morning, various industry association luncheons, and an International Networking Reception on Wednesday evening. Tickets for these events will range from $50-$100 per person and will be available to purchase through the registration system.

    Information on our Keynote speakers may be found under the "Conference" tab and "Keynote" sub menu.
  • Are there other companies, aside from the Official Housing Partner, who will book my hotel rooms?
    NO! Experient, A Maritz Global Events Company is the official housing and registration partner for LAGCOE 2019. You may receive scam emails regarding hotels. Please do not be fooled by hotel booking scams. Only book through the official LAGCOE system as LAGCOE is not liable for and does not endorse any other method.
  • How can I secure a ticket to the International Reception or one of the Keynote Breakfast events?
    Tickets for all events are available to purchase through the registration website or on-site during the event at Registration.
  • How do I book hotel rooms?
    LAGCOE is working with our housing partner, Experient, A Maritz Global Events Company, to bring you the best possible hotel accommodations and rates for your stay in New Orleans, Louisiana. The official hotel reservation website is available on your Exhibitor Portal under Hotel Reservations and Exhibitor Registration.

    This site will allow you to search and make your hotel selections by location, price or hotel amenities.
  • How do I register attendees?
    Exhibitors should log onto the exhibitor portal to register guests or attendees. Look in the Exhibitor Portal under Information and Logistics > Hotel Reservations and Exhibitor Registration.
  • How do I register the employees/team members exhibiting in my booth?
    Exhibitors should log onto the exhibitor portal to register exhibit staff. Look in the Exhibitor Portal under Information and Logistics > Hotel Reservations and Exhibitor Registration.
  • How many passes does each exhibitor receive?
    Exhibitors receive an allotment of passes depending on booth size. Please log onto the exhibitor portal to view your exact allotment of passes.
    - All exhibitors will receive at least 3 Exhibitor Expo Passes, 1 Conference Pass and 5 Customer Invites
    - Exhibitor Expo Pass (grants access to expo floor only)
    - Conference Pass (grants access to all technical conference sessions as well as the expo floor)
    - Customer Invite (Expo Visitor Pass grants access to expo floor only)
  • How should I promote my booth at the show to best attract visitors and increase engagement?
    There are many very helpful free and customized tools available to exhibitors, including a free webinar, social share graphics and emails. Log in to your portal to access them there.
  • I want to attend LAGCOE 2019. How do I register?
    To register attendees for LAGCOE 2019, please visit https://lagcoe.businesscatalyst.com/Expo/registration.
  • Is there an exhibitor packet?
    Yes. The Exhibitor Service Manual can be found on your homepage of your Exhibitor Portal under Information and Logistics. The Exhibitor Service Manual includes all the add-on options you need for you booth space, including: shipping information, furnishings, catering, insurance, move-in and move-out dates, and much more.
  • What are booth prices?
    All booth spaces are $27 per square foot. Booth sizes start at 10x10, but we can combine 10x10 spaces to create the size you need. As of May 31, 2019, 100% of the total is due at the time you submit your booth application.

  • What are the show hours?
    LAGCOE 2019 is open to attendees during the following times:

    Wednesday, Oct. 9, 2019 10 a.m. - 6 p.m.
    Thursday, Oct.10, 2019 10 a.m - 6 p.m.
    Friday, Oct. , 2019 10 a.m.- 2 p.m.

    CONFERENCE HOURS:

    Wednesday, Oct. 9, 2019 8 a.m. - 6 p.m.
    Thursday, Oct. 10, 2019 8 a.m. - 6 p.m.
    Friday, Oct. 11, 2019 8 a.m. - 2 p.m.

  • What if I need additional passes?
    Additional attendee passes can be purchased through the Exhibitor Portal under Hotel Reservations and Exhibitor Registration, or on-site during the event from the Registration Area outside of Hall H.
  • What is included with a booth space purchase? How do I order additional items?
    Items provided in each booth space include: 8’ high backwall drape, 3’ high sidewall drape and 7” x 44” cardstock identification sign. Any additional items will be provided by our General Services Contractor – Shepard – and may be ordered via the Exhibitor Service Manual.
  • What is the Cancellation & Refund Policy?
    Exhibitor agrees that exhibit space will be considered cancelled by an exhibitor upon the
    date that written notice of cancellation is received by LAGCOE management. No refunds will be given after May 31, 2019.

    Refunds for cancelled space will be given as follows:

    Before February: LAGCOE retains 25% nonrefundable deposit
    February 1 - May 30, 2019: LAGCOE retains 50% nonrefundable deposit
    On/After May 31, 2019: LAGCOE retains 100% of total booth cost
  • What is the price range for hotels?
    New Orleans room rates range from a low of $179 to $235 per night. Several hotels along Convention Center Blvd. which are within walking distance of the venue range from $209 to $219 per night.
  • Where can I find a list of 2019 exhibitors?
    A list of 2019 Exhibitors can be found on the website under the EXHIBITOR heading and in the LAGCOE 2019 mobile app.
  • Where can I find the LAGCOE Exhibitor Rules and Regulations document?
    Log in to your LAGCOE 2019 Exhibitor Portal to access the LAGCOE 2019 Exhibitor Rules & Regulations document. Call the LAGCOE office at (337) 235-4055 if you have trouble accessing your LAGCOE 2019 Exhibitor Portal.
  • Where should I park?
    Daily parking for regular-sized vehicles is available in Lot F at 1301 Convention Center Blvd for $15/day flat rate.

    Daily parking for large or oversized trucks and/or pulling a trailer can park in Lot J at 103 Henderson St. for $35/day flat rate. Please note: This area should not be used for overnight parking.

    Overnight parking for exhibitors is available via Shepard in the fenced and locked marshalling yard for $50 per day.
